Refund policy
If you have any questions that are not answered here then please contact us.
Our guarantee to you is that all of the products that you buy from us are of the highest quality. If ever you aren't satisfied with the quality of the product we will replace the product concerned without question.
Any requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order. Delivery charges are not included in any refund policy and the customer is responsible for the costs of returning any goods, unless otherwise decided by Bokkie's Biltong Inc.
If you decide that you don't wish to keep your purchase for some other reason then our 7-day refund guarantee applies. Our 7-day refund guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that Bokkie's Biltong Inc reserves the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 7 days unless they are faulty.
Please also note that due to the perishable nature of some of our products i.e. Biltong, Drywors and baked goods; we do not offer refunds on these products.
Please Note Bokkies Biltong is not responsible for improper storage of perishable goods. All product from Bokkies Biltong Inc has storage guidelines etc., Store in Fridge, Freezer and/or Cool Dry Place.
Bokkies Biltong is responsible for Lost or Stolen products Shipped. Please contact your courier for a Claim.
