SHIPPING INFORMATION
- When placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that Bokkies Biltong has received your order.
- Within 2 business days, you will receive a second email letting you know that your order is on its way. Once the package has left our place of Business please refer to your Tracking number and Courier.
- On average, packages take between 2 to 5 business days to arrive at your door.
- Bokkies Biltong is NOT responsible for lost packages due to Wrong address information provided to Us,
- Bokkies Biltong is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once it has left our facility. This will be BETWEEN the customer and the courier. Please contact the courier for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
SHIPMENT DELAYS
If you haven’t received your package based on the estimates we provide, please contact us and we will provide a delivery information and then offer a solution. Please consider Stat Holidays, Christmas and First week in January. Your shipment may be delayed for many reasons. Common delays can be due to public holidays, extreme weather or backlogs. Backlogs with couriers is unfortunately not Bokkie's Biltong's Responsibility.
PAYMENT VERIFICATION
Bokkie's Biltong may verify payment, shipment address and order details before processing your order.
